Daphne Brix

Daphne has been with Crystal Lake Community Management since 2011, and she a strong passion for customer service. Daphne has a unique background in customer service and management, and she has worked as an escrow officer and community manager. Daphne’s ability to find solutions is a strength to the team and communities she manages.  Outside of work Daphne enjoys canoeing, hiking, and spending time with friends.

Susan Quartucy

Susan has been with Crystal Lake since 2006, and she has been in the community management field for over 25 years. Her depth of knowledge and experience is an asset to the company and the communities we serve.  Outside of work Susan enjoys her grandchildren, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Ronda Lovley

Ronda has been in the property management industry for over 25 years working in the HOA, single family, and commercial management fields throughout Washington, Oregon, and California.  Ronda holds the CMCA and CCM designations. She has been with Crystal Lake Community Management for three years.

Outside of work, Ronda enjoys the outdoors and anything with water and sunshine!  Ronda recently tried rock wall climbing…and this is her new favorite sport!         

Shannon Lancour

Shannon brings years of customer service and management to the position of Community Manager to our Portland office. Shannon enjoys working with boards and homeowners to ensure that the communities we manage are well maintained, and the standards of the association are met.  Outside of work, Shannon is all about family and loves to travel.

Tabitha Rehfeldt ​

Tabitha has spent most of her career in the customer service field, and she has worked within the construction industry for the past four years. Tabitha joined the Crystal Lake team in 2017, and her construction knowledge has helped her with organizing and planning projects for communities. Tabitha loves to assist homeowners and tackle questions or concerns within the neighborhoods, and her customer service background has given her the all the tools needed to be a great resource to our homeowners. Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys exploring Bend with her husband and friends and playing with their two dogs.

Melissa Curry

Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, administration, and management roles. She is a native to Bend, although she left the area in 2001 to pursue a career in Wireless Communication and returned to Bend in 2016. Melissa spent 15+ years learning and working in wireless communication and network development. Creating relationships with property owners, lease negotiations and due diligence. Melissa is very excited to be a member of the Crystal Lake team and hopes her past experiences will help her succeed in her role as Community Manager.

Chris Warlick

Chris studied at the University of Oregon and brings years of experience in hospitality and customer service. He likes working with people and has a strong desire to succeed in the Community Manager role. Chris is a native of Bend. He enjoys hiking with his two rottweilers and spending time with friends.



Courtney Chase

Courtney is our Community Bookkeeper and Joined Crystal Lake Team in February 2019 and has 15 years in Customer Service and Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience. She was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and moved to Bend in 2018. Courtney loves what Bend has to offer. Outside of work Courtney enjoys hiking, traveling and hanging out with family.


Lauren Runk

Lauren is our Community Bookkeeper and joins the Crystal Lake Team with 9+ years of Customer Service experience in a variety of industries including tourism, hospitality and banking.  Lauren is originally from the Portland area, and spent five years in Newport, OR before relocating to Bend. In her spare time, she enjoys going hiking with friends and spending time with her family.

Joshua Curtis

Joshua has been with the Crystal Lake Community Management team since the Fall of 2018. He began working as a Facilities Coordinator for The Bridges at Shadow Glen community and recently transitioned into his current role as the Vendor Coordinator. Josh grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and studied Theater at Millikin University in central Illinois. His professional background spans many different areas such as retail, manufacturing, customer service, childcare, shipping, and management. Having worked in such a wide variety of fields has given Josh the communication and teamwork skills needed for the Vendor Coordinator position. His outgoing personality takes center stage when he’s out in the communities meeting with contractor and homeowners alike. Outside of work, you can find Josh on the stage performing or behind the scenes directing the All Aspects Teen Theater program at Cascade Theatrical Company.

Levi Davidson

Levi joined us in July of 2019 as our Compliance Specialist. He has an extensive background in customer service and sales. Levi is a team player and brings a constant level head with him every day to the workplace. When he is not in the office, Levi enjoys coaching his two soccer teams for the local Bend FC Timbers, going to the mountain in the winter, and exploring all of Oregon’s beautiful natural landscapes in the summer.
